@Frozen.f90m5
Working on getting all of the carbon fiber exterior cosmetic options for my F90. Have done the diffuser, trunk spoiler, splitters and engine carbon cover upgrades out of the dealer when I first bought the car 3 months ago. Recently replaced the gloss black competition kidney grills and mirrors. I went with Akrapovic mirror caps and OEM carbon fiber kidney grills. I love the look specially how the splitters go with the kidneys. The mirror caps are such a nice addition too. I like how subtle the "Akrapovic" logo is inserted inside the carbon. Next on order are the side vent carbon grills. Thinking about doing the side skirt too, but not sure if that would be too much? If anyone has the side skirts, can you share a picture? |

Can you share pics of what your car looks like now? I'm planning on placing an order for a very similar build and would really appreciate seeing how yours looks.

I've been wondering how difficult the mirror caps are to install. Did you do these yourself? They look great!

That looks great. Thanks for posting! I've been wondering about the grills, but they look awesome.

I didn't do it by myself. Im pretty handy and I thought about it but didn't want to break anything. I took it to the dealership and they did it for me. You have to carefully remove the glass of the mirror and undo 2 clips that are inside the cover. The signal light is part of the cover too and has 2 screws you need to remove. The replacement cover has an area for the 2 screws and then you just pop the covers back on. It's not a simple process and I would highly suggest getting a professional to install. Some of the pictures should show this
