I still don't understand why BMW can't make or source a pad that doesn't squeal. I've had several AMG's and some P-cars that have been whisper quiet and still had excellent brakes.
Found some break pads other folks on the forums used and had great luck with. Going to see what they are all about.

Omg. Brake. Are you talking steel or CCB pads? The CCBs are gods own brakes. They are great.

There is a way to fix it, go to: ACG Front & Rear Carbon Pads.

I'm pretty sure they spelled it wrong just to get you fired up. It worked!

Ok, I admit it's been killing me as well in several threads.

Mine are making noise, not good after only 275km. Is this just a break in thing that will resolve itself after x more km's?

I brought this up last time my car was in and they said that they were instructed by BMW that they cannot do anything for ventilated brakes. Hopefully you have better luck.

I've had brake squeal issues with 3 of my Ms; not the F90 so far. My SA advised me the first time it happened to brake hard--really hard--from 50mph or so... et voila (for a few weeks or more). I don't know if it'll work on the F90 since I can't test it myself but it sure worked on my F10s and F06s.
