This is amazing. Blows my NSX out of the water in terms of sheer speed. Damn.

Drove both rides extensively today. F90 REALLY stands out as a LOT of car for the price point. Mine is now 13 months old. No rattles. Excellent OVERACHIEVER. Does it all.

TTS is wicked fast. Faster than I expected it would be. Fantastic handling , visibility, drive position, drive comfort. Only minor "ding" is, it's not as "solid" as the F90. Front A pillar started a buzzing rattle day 1. Now a rear clunk over transition strips, potholes, railroad tracks. I'll eventually find both, but all 4 BMW's I've owned have spoiled me being rattle free. All in, a really great GT .

Agreed. I wish I could 1) comment on your comparison to the TT but I can't and 2) agree with you on the rattles; me and BMWs are just a rattlefest. Sigh, I'll live!

It has developed 2 already, yes.

The stigma I feel comes from past experience, nearly all of my M-cars (perhaps 7 or so over 5 years) had rattles of some kind. For most, I ultimately identified root cause and used the classic padded tapes where possible.

The current ones come from the driver-side interior rear door (possibly the sun blind in the door). The other is from the driver's gauge cluster--these are the ones that typically require dealer intervention.

But, I'll live: simply roll back the sunroof, put it in Sport+ and drive with vigor--what rattles!

Wow - I am sorry to hear that. I am fortunate like T - no rattles at all for me on the F90 (knock on wood)...

Another HP data point for you J :

RaceChip tuned a 991.1 Turbo S to 615 engine HP and dropped the 100-200 time to 6.39 seconds at Sea Level.

Just measured mine at 6.41 pure stock at 3400ft. 2019 is definitely making more than 580 engine.

Stock TPMS was 38/48 cold. 42/52 hot. 1.63 sixty ft. Pirelli.
Dropped to TPMS 35/38 cold. Did not check hot. 1.58 to 1.60 sixty ft.
Dropped to TPMS 35/37 cold. 38/41 hot. Solid 1.58 sixty ft. Drove it back from lunch and launched another 1.58 sixty ft with a 6.70 !/8th mile at 104.93mph. Wicked fast for pure stock, no prep. Shame it came with Pirelli's. Would love to run it with Michelins.

I have heard that the N1's on the .2's are not half bad and much better than prior OEM Pcar tires. I dont find them all too bad on my GTS. Yes they are not as good as PS4 but they have evolved.

There is little to no question now T. I have the car this Friday. I will take a few weeks to break in - get the oil changed - and off for some testing.

My oh my, that's one pretty car. I don't think I've ever said this before but it's really, really pretty... until you get inside it (a first time for everything I guess).

The interior is a bit meh to me but I'd live.

Ill bet that if you owned one you would sing a different song just like you do with all cars ONCE you have them.

Love you Dean.
