My car has been at VPC since November 27th, no updates for me either. It's frustrating. does it normally take this long?

I believe the standard or average transit from arriving at VPC to arrival at dealer is one week - of course distance from VPC to dealer can change that timeline greatly.

Umm..mine is Still at the port over a week stay port.
I have two vessel scheduled from Bremerhaven to New York on December 8th and 10th.
There are many cars coming to New York?
Most people leave the ship and when does it turn into website on in transit?

It takes 24-48 hours after the vessel has departed for the my bmw page to show "in transit". Mine was 24 hours but if you look back, 48 hours is common also.
That's when you can call and find out the name of your vessel.

After a 3 month wait and unexpected delays (stop sale), the beast has finally arrived. Also put on Sottozero Serie II tires for the winter.

Typical Seattle weather😅

I’m also in transit now heading to NY. We’re probably on the same ship.

19 days later and still at port. Called the Genius number today and they were zero help. No idea how a car can sit for so long until being assigned to a ship.

Really curious when I’ll get mine. I ordered a 2021 comp three weeks ago with a build completion date of Jan 7. Man the waiting is brutal haha ! I’m hoping by the end of January but that might be wishful thinking?

I wonder if COVID will cause a delay in cars scheduled for production. I saw on the news Germany is shutting back down, other than what's considered essential. Does anyone know if auto manufacturing in Germany will be shut down?
