$1330 including tax, $2k down including first payment.

Basically $100k when all done..

Deals are out there, and I really didnt fight very hard for this one.. Car was on their lot for 3 weeks....

I will say this, STAY VERY FAR AWAY from Rick Hill Imports in Kingsport, TN and don't even think about buying any car from any Hendrick owned dealership... I'm off my soap box now, thank you!

I'm in Charlotte. I had to pull teeth for 5 days to get the deal I got on my current X5M. I'm looking at the M5 as my lease is up in 6 months. What dealer did you work with to get that deal?

36 months
15k/year
MF 0.00206 (this seems high, seems like it's currently .00167?)

They are quoting me $1,930 tax included with $2,000 down. Using leasehackr I get to $1,798 using his high money factor. How are they getting to $1,930? They even claim they are giving me $7,000 in rebate's, yeah, no they aren't, not at this rate.

Has anyone had luck getting a hold of BMW David? Been trying to get a hold of him and haven't heard anything for like 2 weeks.
BMW of Las Vegas is notorious for giving max MF at 0.00206. My quoted numbers there is around $1750 monthly where as my quoted numbers in California is $1600 monthly with 0.00166 MF. I also had a similar experience before with my M4 2 years ago, where they marked up the price significantly higher than others. Honestly I would never shop in the Las Vegas area.

Not sure why they think it's okay to charge 1700 and then 2 months later screw everyone over and offer them for 1350 like a fellow member stated. Either stay high or be reasonable.
Do they do this with every new model year?

Security deposit. It lowers the money factor by set amounts depending on the MSD.

You get the money back at the end of your lease.

I know MB - especially AMG buyers use it a lot since their residuals and MFs aren't attractive.
I have heard BMW doesn't allow it anymore but clearly I'm mistaken if someone was able to do it.

BMW FS just brought it back recently for the northeast region, but each deposit only reduces the MF by .0005 versus the old program at .0007 per deposit.

Not sure if it’s feasible but do you think it’s reasonable to expect a 1200 per payment on the 2018 m5 with a sticker of 108s?

Not knowing where you live. If you can get the standard MF of .00166 and the residual is 61% - 10k miles. You would need to negotiate 8% off sticker to about 100k to get a payment in the 1200 range.
This is all based on the state of NJ as far as TTL.

As my name suggests, I’m looking into leasing my 1st M5. I live in Southern California and the one I’m interested in is 2018 model 127K (msrp) and was wondering what a fair monthly rate should I expect. I’ve learned so much from lurking on here from MF to MSDs... I was hoping someone could help me figure what down/monthly rates I should be bargaining for? Looking for 36month/10K per year. Thx in advance

Yeah I ran away from them. Visibly annoyed and upset for wasting my Saturday afternoon.

I just made a deal with Gregg at Winslow BMW of Colorado Springs. Great guy, can't wait until we take delivery.

I'm assuming you got a '19 competition M5? What kind of deal did you get? I'm in Vegas but went to Irvine to get my '15 M5 because they were jackholes here and wouldn't deal.

My lease is up in 2 months and I want the competition but the residuals seem to suck. At Irvine BMW I'm seeing a 10% different between a base 18 and a competition 19.

Unfortunately that is BMW Financial Services current program for September. 2019 residuals are 10% below the 2018s, so for 3 years, 12,000 miles and '18 has 60% residual and a '19 has 50%. Dealers cannot adjust the residuals, they can only mark-up the money factor, so no matter which dealer you go to you'll see the same crappy 2019 residuals.

I think the key if you're going w/ a 19' Comp is to get your dealer to discount the car $4-$5k and make sure your MF is buy rate (.00166). This is easier said than done ... the discount that is.

My car arrives September 20th so let's see if anything changes in October although I'm not optimistic tbh.

They gave me some off MSRP but it's mostly because I just bought three cars from him. My M5 comp, my dad bought an M5 (non comp) and my wife just got an X3 M40i so honestly I'm not sure they will do any discounts for just anyone. They don't have anymore allocations for M5's at the moment.
