Where can I look up the December incentives and rates? Been waiting for the lease thread to be updated but nothing as of yet.
I am wanting to sign on a deal today and would like to know if the incentives have changed. My dealer is saying that they didn't but would like to double check. |

What should we be aiming for on leftover 2019 models considering many here are saying they have been able to get 10% off 2020 models?

10% seems to be the starting point for most dealers on 2019. Asked about a 20 and was no where close
Can’t seem to get any dealers to get more than 10 before incentives |

This surprises me......remembering back when I got my M6GC right around this time (same thing, was a 2014 model I got in December 2014 after 2015s had hit the lots....was looking at $20k off as a competitive price).
My M550 lease is up in March and I'm trying to determine what to do. I skipped the M5 for the M550i originally because my last lease ended in December 2017 or so and I didn't want to wait another 4 months for the M5 to come out....not to mention the M550 was basically faster than my M6GC already and had updated tech. If I found a killer deal on the M5....maybe I'd be inclined to do it. That being said, I'm not paying $300 more per month for a car that isn't much faster than the M550 and has the old IDrive (as opposed to what 2020's have)....not to mention M5 will likely get the LCI in 2021....so the 19's are going to be way behind. Even the digital dashboard displays on the M5 are really a step down versus what is in the M550 (which I also experienced in my M6 when normal 650's had digital dashes and the M6 did not). I'd basically be driving the same car I have now just about (trust me, having owned real M's, I don't consider the M550 anywhere near a real M car.....but the gap is so small now it's not worth the upgrade to a lot of people). I think the bigger issue I'm finding is I drive 25k miles per year.....thus I need a 2-year lease, not a 3-year lease as I'd be way over miles with a 3-year lease but, even more importantly, way past the 50k warranty....and I'm not risking being naked on an M.

Agree but getting a lot of $%#@ from several dealers in last few days for trying to ask. In tx and elsewhere. They are acting like 8% is a favor on 2019 that has been sitting forever.

If you can wait closer to end of the month and actually go to the dealership in person you have a better chance. Realized trying to work an aggressive deal over the phone and out of the area is tricky. But I’m not traveling hundreds of miles without a confirmed deal
All my dealers locally are already sold out of 19’s The residuals on 20’s came out and getting much better. 58% for 10k, In most cases that’s only a 60 dollar per month difference compared to a 19 with a 60% residual I would prefer a 20 if I can get atleast 10 percent off. Good news is plenty of them around me and have choices |

Your deal looks like it's closer to 11.5% before incentives and 15% after. Most of us are talking about % off msrp pre-incentives, not after..

What's everyone opinions if these are worth 1100-1200 a month?
I have a nice deal just not 100% sure this car is worth paying that much for. I've owned a 540i before for 600 bucks, is it twice the better car? |

Thoughts on this 2019 M5 Comp Demo with 1300 miles? We're at 15% off pre-incentive. MF is at .0093 with 7 MSDs. This is with zero drive off. $1109 per/month.

Yeah, we have been at 14.5% off for a while. I've been trying hard to get to 17.5%, but he wouldn't budge. I finally came back at him with getting me to 15% due to the demo mileage being >1000miles and me not being eligible for my $1000 BMW CCA incentive. I'm thinking that this is the best I am going to get. Other dealers are basically telling me that they don't want my business.

Can I get some of the pros to comment on this? I need to know where they are hiding dollars on this deal. From the math I am doing my payment should be more around the 1200 mark. What am I missing? |

You have to always ask for the MF. It appears it’s marked up to the standard .00168
How did you come up with your 1200 payment. My quotes I have been getting around the same net sales price with a marked up MF have a similar monthly payment |
