Sticker is $127,435 car
I know it's an amazing deal but it is a demo. Should I be pushing for more?
FYI. MSDs are $7700. I'd tell them $1100 a month. And you give them only the $7700 MSDs. Sign and drive. Not even the first payment. Bet they say yes since it's not a lot of money.

More important, are you at a NY dealer? They cannot do MSDs as I understand it. If you are at a NJ dealer, I don't think they can do MSDs on a NY registered car. I could be wrong, but others can chime in. NY does not allow MSDs.
So the dealer is in ct and far as I know yes you can do msd as long as dealer is not in ny

You've got an extra 0 in your buy rate. Should be:

https://leasehackr.com/calculator?ma...Tax_radio=true

That said, if there are any deals in the Midwest like this, please let me know. I can't even get 10% off a $112K 2019 car here.

Yup, i am leasing 6 BMWs currently, all from out of state, i always try in state first once i have a few good quotes and every dealer comes in strong saying they will beat it, then says the deals i have are not real.

MF appears to be too high, i would not recommend giving more than 1st payment + registration for drive off.. make sure you are getting all bmw credits including loyalty. You can also get CCA membership which i believe is 35 annually and you would get $500 rebate after purchase. Worth looking into.

not sure why you would switch to comp but in any case, i think you have a bit more negotiating in that deal. You're going after a 19 model so that should warrant in my opinion 10% off msrp not 8.7% they gave you, then apply bmw credits.. if you lower that MSRP more you should be able not to give them any drive off and retain same payment if not lower or just give first month and have lower payment..

I'm no math teacher but that discount comes in at 13% without the credits.

I'm switching because I'm way over mileage and my car is flagged by our friends at bmwna.

Youre correct, lol, when i looked at the calculator quickly it pointed to 87 not sure why i converted that to 8.7%.. that's a solid discount but it doesnt mean you cant ask to retain same payment per say with less driveoff, in either case you're good to with such payment on that high of msrp.

Did you trade in the 2018 ? Wondering if they made up for the discount on the 2018 trade in ?

MSRP 138845
Selling 121345+ All season floor mat
Incentive 4500
MF 0.00148 (effective MF 0.00113 after MSDs, I qualified for 0.00128 but they refused to give me the buy rate, have another car in production right now also)

MSDx7 9100
Drive off 2206+9100
36mth/10k Residual 60%
Monthly 1291, includes 7.25% tax.

(Leasematic calculated drive off 3441.72 and monthly 1241.72, dealer wouldn't show me how they got 1291 with out of door 2206, which only entails the fees)

How's the deal? Signing today....

Also for the BMW CCA incentives, if I collect car in Nov and Dec. Am I eligible for one in 2019 and one in 2020 by filing date?

How'd hell did a M get 200+ miles on it as a new car?

Thanks

CCA rebate is based on calendar year, not model year. So you would have to take delivery in 2020.
