should be 12-14% off before incentives, payment should be around that range including taxes.

That is brutal, it is amazing how much they have dropped the leases to blow out the '19's. It seems like every series there is a point where they drop pricing to a ridiculous level and then correct production volume moving forward.

I agree, I'm in the auto business for 15 yrs and it's hard to predict what or how the factories/banks are going to incentive the vehicles to move.

With the business the way it is, I hate to see or hear individuals get hit over the head. Yes dealers have to make profit but not be a pig about it.

MF is marked up .0004, should be .000128 at buy rate. Credit can affect this though.

On pricing $1266 with $4K out of pocket is high. As others guided me, expect 12-14% off sticker and then subtract incentives from there. I just did a deal at $109K minus incentives for a 2019 for a cap cost of $104.5K on a $125K sticker.

I would suggest this calculator so you can see how your numbers vary based on inputs;

Rough numbers you should be closer to $1150 with just drive offs, not $4K out of pocket. All of this assumes a 2019 and not a 2020.

$10k due at signing ( 1st Payment, 7 msd of $6,600 and $1200 fees) 10k/36 month lease
Sticker is $127,435 car
I know it's an amazing deal but it is a demo. Should I be pushing for more?

FYI. MSDs are $7700. I’d tell them $1100 a month. And you give them only the $7700 MSDs. Sign and drive. Not even the first payment. Bet they say yes since it’s not a lot of money.

More important, are you at a NY dealer? They cannot do MSDs as I understand it. If you are at a NJ dealer, I don’t think they can do MSDs on a NY registered car. I could be wrong, but others can chime in. NY does not allow MSDs.
