Same here. Picking up car tomorrow.

This is a triple net. I don’t have the 2500 loyalty. Great car and net $$.

You can do the math now.

Not that great! I calculated your taxes at 10% and came up with 1197.80 per month.... They are padding the MF.... Tell them you want .00128 or your walking

I know, it's ridiculous. Trying to get close to some of the deals posted here ($1100-ish/month w/only first and fees down on a ~$115K car) but can't get anywhere close, even on a demo.

my competitive nature is kicking in, cuz i'm want the 1100/mo deal lol.

i'm at 1200/mo, 1500 down (which includes first month payment). i'm happy honestly.

The remaining 19s at this point are oddball optioned cars. Factory program worked well.

crazy how these leases have dipped down below the 1400 mark so quickly. but looks like alot of these cars mentioned are low optioned.

No one around my area for sure. Only 6-8% off and doing fuzzy math to inflate the payment. Haven't seen anything under $1350/month w/taxes.

I thought I had a great deal a couple of months ago but just helped a friend pick up a new 2019 M5 Comp last week. It was exactly what he wanted and it was the dealers last 2019. Really no reason to order a 2020 if you can find a build you like on the ground.

2019 M5 Comp

MSRP $125,385
Sales Price $110,590
Rebate -2,500
Loyalty -2,000

Cap Cost $ 106,090

36 mo 10K Lease
Money Factor 0.00128
Payment Before Tax $ 1,089.29
Payment Including Tax $ 1,192.77

Drive Off was $3988 ( 1st pmt, License, Bank Fee and some dealer fees )

He didn't want MSD's so he has the option of someone assuming it.

Garage List
23 Bmw M3  [10.00]
2019 M5 Comp

MSRP 114K with Ultimate Care Plus
36/12k
Base MF
$0 Down
Zero MSDS
Zero Drive off including 1st months rent(AKA a true zero out of pocket that payment is worked into the remaining 35)
The adjusted cap cost $100,303.27 ( Could have been sub 100K but VA has a ton of fees)

Lease Payment including MI tax (6%) $1215.54, I think If I would have paid 1st-month rent( +Fees) would been sub-1100 with tax.

The deal was 11.75% Off then $4500 in current incentives.

Plus, I filed for the 1K BMW CCA rebate.

Out of State Lease in VA

Do it all online and shop around in different states. Keep in mind holidays and winter are coming. Target dealers that have high inventory or a car thats been on the lot a while.

The deals to be had right now are on leftover '19s. There's no real incentive to move '20s at the moment, and residuals are ~5 points lower on them.
