$1618 per month with pretty much $0 due at signing is a great deal. If he pays his fees and 1st month upfront, his payment would be around $1530. With MSD, payment would be around $1475. I am assuming the payment also includes tax, so it is actually a fantastic deal on a 125k M5C

the discount as i said before is great...

but why is he paying 1618 a month for a car that is down to about 113 after the discount? we aren't using the msrp to base his monthly payment, we're using the capitalized cost.

if that is the case, tenacious two posts above lets say for arguments sake that dealer didnt give him any discount on his msrp (112) he would still only be paying 1280 for his car. which is good to me...
Yes, I'm curious as well why the payment is $16xx for a cap cost of $112k? Something is not adding up...

exactly....

just like when i was helping my buddy shop for CS, they were giving an easy 10k off the car but still lease quote was insane. didn't make sense, told them thanks, and good luck

10k? I briefly looked into an M4CS, primarily due to the discount. Had a couple of dealers offering $30k off on a lease, $114k sticker; $22k dealer discount + $8k incentives. Lease rates were on point. Ultimately decided not to pursue as I wasn't confident I'd be able to overlook its compromises for 2-3yrs. But the deals were insane. Likely next summer rinse and repeat on the 2020s .

2019 M5
Exterior:Alpine White
Interior:Aragon Brown
Sticker: $110,395
36 Months, 10k miles a year
$0 down, rolling all fees, taxes into payment to give it a $1520 a month payment he tells me (So literally a $0 down sign and drive)

That's a terrible deal on a $110k sticker. See this thread from yesterday where it's also 0 down (except MSDs, which you should also consider if your state allows them), $130+k sticker and a substantially lower payment.

Don't shop by monthly payment, shop by discount off MSRP before any incentives you qualify for.

Looking at tenaciousE posted deal above. For this car 110 sticker with $0 down and tax’s and all fees all rolled into payment. Would it be safe to say 1400 range is a good deal.

lol, so 9% off an you're still at 1500+ a month? do yourself a favor and shop out of state. and never give that dealer your business. and make sure he knows that you know he tried to screw you, w/o lube.

A good deal on this car would be no more than $1230-1250/mo with zero driveoff but max MSDs (7) if your state allows. That's roughly 12% off sticker + $2500 lease credit. If you also qualify for loyalty, that's another $2k to reduce the cap price by (so the above payment would dip into the mid-high 1100s).

Go to leasehackr.com and use their calculator to play around with things. You should be asking for a *minimum* of 12% off sticker on a 2019. I'd shoot for 14-15% if it's an aged unit.

This is a deal I got offered

Looks like they're using an inflated MF and I'm not seeing where the $2500 incentive comes in, doesn't look like that good of a deal, thoughts?

$2500 is for leases only. It's factored in the $4500 rebate under the lease table in the bottom right corner

Yes I know, so the $4500 credit is already included in those monthly numbers correct?

With max MSDs you should aim for $1399-$1450

that's with zero down, only paying the first month and dmv fees upfront.

Ask for 13%-14% off MSRP before Rebates being applied.

Thanks how much do the total MSD's $ add up to and how much do they lower the MF?

Just trying to figure out what the ROI would be on that compared to investing the cash in other investments/my business

7 MSD's Totaling roughly 10,000

Would save you about 2660 off your whole lease term.

and they're protected from totaling/theft so it's 100% refundable.

each MSD reduces your MF by .0005
