I currently have a non comp on order. My dealer is waiting for it to come in before we start talking numbers. He's confident my build will sell if I walk but until then it's in my name with no deposit. We've gone through 3 BMWs at a local dealer and recently took our business an hour east for a new X5 so this dealer is confident he'll be able to give me a great deal to keep our business.

Below are a couple deals I received from out of state from other dealers while I wait on my car to come in. Figured I would reach out and see what payments look like on similar builds. Thoughts on either of these?

DEAL 1:
MSRP: $110,395
Discount: $9,998
Total after tax/fees: $101,707
$5,000 down / 10,000 miles = $1,470/month (36months)
$0 down / 10,000 miles = $1,631/month (36months)

DEAL 2:
MSRP: $117,695
Discount: $9,418
Total after tax/fees: $108,876
$5,000 down / 10,000 miles = $1,530/month (36months)
$2,500 down / 10,000 miles = $1,606/month (36months)
$0 down / 10,000 miles = $1,686/month (36months)

$107,695 MSRP
-$9,695 discount
-$5,000 lease credit
$250 USAA
= $92,750 sale price + tax/tags/fees

Lease terms:
MF .00177
36 month term
10,000 miles per year
$1,227.38/month + tax
$1,337.84/month including tax
First payment, $144 doc fee, and registration fees due at signing.

I don’t think that is possible at the present time. You would be quite the negotiator if you can pull off that deal!
For reference, my deal was on a 111,305 MSRP M5.
0 down, 0 drive off, 1376/month (CA tax included).

No dealership can magically alter leasing math.

All you can do is negotiate a healthy discount off of MSRP. As long as the dealer is not jacking you around with a bumped up money factor or weird fees, the lease numbers sort themselves.

For reference, my payment on a $127K M5C build is 1900/month, zero down. That includes taxes, fees, and tire/rim insurance.

10/36 Lease.
19 M5C
129k MSRP
Discount 12,595$
.0077 MF Will adjust to may .0065 ( so payment will be 20$ lower per month give or take)
net price 116,636
3,352 drive off (fees + 1st payment ect)
1704 Monthly.

I will do tire and rim at port + some carbon bits.
I will say this, some people really need to look around this board and find the folks who have posted the GO-TO dealers phone #'s.

Levi - looking at the structure and without getting the underlying details, this looks like a so-so deal. For reference, this is my deal that I posted a couple of months back:

2019 Comp (Donington Grey / Black / Exec package)
MSRP $115,995
Selling price: $106,135
MF: at buy rate (March rate)
55% residual
Paid my TX state taxes plus acquisition fee upfront - no other money down
Monthly payment $1470

This is good. By any chance, can the MSD be utilized into the deal?

M5 Comp deal

Have a deal I'd love to get your thoughts on.

My deal is as follows:

19' M5C

$126,710 msrp (Don. Grey, Silverstone, Exec, M Perf Carbon Splitter, Diffuser, Spoiler)

$7,000 discount (5.5%) = $119,710

36 month lease
10k Miles a year
$3k total drive off

$1766 a month including 6% sales tax on payments. (FL)

55ish% residual 0.00165 MF

Dealer said he is giving me the car at invoice with delivery fee. I'm not sure I believe that. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Not bad, but not great. My father is almost at the same deal, but a non comp with a sticker of about 5k more. I'd say 1630-1650 and i'd snatch it.
