Yes it’s for a competition, $3546.19 is for bank fees, plates, first month payment.

And the 1776.19 payment is with taxes rolled into it $107 a month or so for taxes

I wouldn’t consider anything below 8% off MSRP and of course base MF. Coincidentally, my first deal I considered was same discount (6.4%). I kept searching and remained patient.

Good luck !

I picked up my F90 today after programs updated. Residuals stayed the same and base money factor went down to .00165.

Thank you. I’ll take it but like many was really hoping for some real help with residuals. Come on BMW... you got til August to get this right (my anticipated delivery). Three more wacks at it

Drop in MF from .00177 to .00165 equals about a $20 per month drop in monthly payment on a 36 month lease for cars in the price range of the M5 (give or take a few dollars depending on the exact cap cost/residual/etc). That's $720 over the life of the lease.

As I said above... I’ll take it The way I see it, pays for my M Sport Carbon Fiber Pro Spoiler. But someone let BMW know I want more ! Let’s do something about those residuals and help a couple people off the sidelines and get some former customers used to awesome residuals.

1300 down for 116k is a little unrealistic to me.

If is non comp with $5K lease credit, you could come close depending on cap cost.

With ED the best you will most likely get is 5% off MSRP. When you think about it you can probably save more with a regular purchase 8-10% and take a nice euro vacation albeit without your ride.
