Never even heard of hi point, they are cheap as hell. Not a fan of sig or beretta. Personal favorite right now is browning design fn herstal mk2 hi power.

@Verbiage have you ever wondered what the original songs of the samples in popular rap songs were?

For my wedding I had a playlist of the original songs to samples of pac biggie Dre the game etc and it came out pretty cool. Mellow enough for the adults but for friends they all knew the rap it came from ha.

Also got me into oldies.

William devaughn Isley brothers jerry butler etc.

I think it generally sucks and I prefer the old school stuff. There are some exceptions though, but IMHO the vast majority of musicians from the 80's and 90's and early 2000's were way better than the current musicians.
