Ill try to provide you some pictures of mine.

Don't use a heat gun, use an upholstery steamer. This type of "bagginess" is typically due to build or foam pad variation, not the sewn cover (or leather). Replacing the cover is a crap shoot. You may end up with a slight improvement but more likely it will be the same or worse. Local mechanics are not specifically trained in covering a seat which is a very difficult task, even for those who do it daily. You're better off trying to steam the one you have a bit.
