You can get a glimpse here.

Thank you! Did he mistakenly call it azurite blue instead of black (around 2:35)? It seems a lot bluer than I thought. Carbon hood looks amazing though!

Is it really that blue though? I thought there would've only been a hint of it but this seems like in bright sunlight it would look midnight blue. Not the look I'm going for if that's the case :/

This paint has a complex hue for sure. The blue is more apparent in bright light than in subdued light or the dark. But you should check it out for yourself. It's the best way to know. Since it is a "standard" individual, dealerships may carry a car or two in that color.

Love the Alpine White! I was thinking about doing individual mineral white, but I've already had that on my last M3.

Picked up the car. First one in Boston I believe. MBB is a truly gorgeous color. The pic above is the truest one I could get. In the sun you can't get the depth of the color as easily. The car is bigger and much more insulated than my F80 so didn't feel how much faster it was on the way home. Hopefully that will come with time and break in. That being said, the exhaust was open and in Sport+ when I was heading home (on Clarendon and Newbury) and did a gurgle as I lifted off the throttle and it sounded like a bomb went off. (A little scary for the 100 people around given the Marathon bombing was a block away). I shut the valves after that, since I am looking to be a little more understated, but hopefully the gurgles and bangs will calm down after break in. Otherwise wonderful car. By the way, in person The Competition rims are a must have. They are concave and complex and beautiful in a way that makes the standard rims look like a flat mess.

Once you've had it for a bit would love an F80 vs F90 post. I'm considering the same move.

Everyone’s car looks beautiful.. no matter the color of choice it’s a preference, but the car it’s self just looks amazing. I can’t wait to get mine which on the site it’s says status is quality check at the moment. My dealer said I should get it mid September but no way I can see it getting here in 2 weeks and sometimes it waits at the port for 2 weeks. My f10 took a whole month from when it said waiting at port till I got it from dealer so I’m guessing more like October

You’re correct on timing. Mine is already on the boat and the earliest I can take delivery is 9/15. Outside chance you have it by end of September, but first half of October is more likely.
