Moon roof

When I try to close the dark out shade, it goes half way and the retracts. Any thoughts?

I assume glass is closed? Not popped up? If you pop it up, it opens the sun shade about 1/4 the way back.

Needs to be coded, it’s still in transport mode. I think you push the button and hold for 2mins...

Could it be that the rubber is too hot? This happens when it sits in the sun for 5hours.
