I've always loved the ZF in our M5's, but didn't realize how many other manufacturers use them as well. This video is pretty informative.

This is the 1st time i try this gearbox. I was a bit confused / disappointed .. my m5 feels a bit rough and harsh while downshifting .. i dont know is this related to the zf gear or not.

Anyways ill let the dealer check this problem on my 1st service.

But what iv kept hearing from the guys is that zf is one of the best gears world wide.
