JB4 install

How many people installed the JB4 with just the sensors and OBD? (IE no wastegate sensors)

Are any of you able to run the more aggressive maps with this type of install or do you need the wastegate manipulation to be done to run much higher boost and E25/30 race gas?

You have to attach the wastegate sensors. I believe they state this on their website. But yeah.

I have also read that the wastegate sensors tend to throw error codes. Some have advised that you hold off installing unless absolutely necessary

You can absolutely install as you specified. Burger actually recommends leaving the waste gate off at first. You can run as you specified indefinitely, you don't need the waste gate connections ever if you don't want to use them.

The OP wants to use the more aggressive maps. I thought the wastegate controller taps were tecommended for that? I installed mine with the wastegate taps. Yes, it did take an extra 20 minutes.
