G20 drivetrain malfunction

Long story short a series of thing a happened when I took out my dme and forgot to plug one plug fully in and now I have a drive train malfunction but absolutely no power loss how could I remove this warning without going to service my friend told me to unplug battery for 15 minutes but would that work?

You can clear extended fault codes with the MHD flashing tool, a JB4, or an INPA system
