M5C picked up over the weekend

Drove down to SoCal to pickup an M5C on Saturday for the wife. She was debating between an E63S and M5 for a while. In the end E63 had the interior she loved but the M5 had everything else plus $20k less on average.

Donington Gray on Aragon. Originally spec'd in Canada (most of its time was in SoCal though), so it has a couple extra standard options that US doesn't get, and BMW Laser lights. Also specifically searched for a 2020 because I prefer the pre-LCI front and my wife prefers the LCI iDrive gauges.

First thing we're addressing are the reflectors and the front plate holes left by the previous owner. Also going to retrofit the LCI taillights for her.
General mod list will include Eventuri intakes, Eisenmann exhaust, MSS springs, and FI-Rs or R101LW. Then some carbon goodies like M Perf diffuser and spoiler. No tune or downpipes on this one, doesn't seem needed.

Those lights do look different I wonder what that is all about. I wonder if all Canadian M5 with laser lights look like that as oppose to the blue eyebrow the rest of the world other than the US gets.

I love the car and congratulations but I think it is great that the pictures have a Rivian electric pickup behind you at the pump.

It had fresh correction and ceramic recently so the color looks real smooth.

Nice! Ceramic always is a good thing for keeping the car easy to clean. What other options did it have vs what the US got? And if you have ceramic controls can you post some pics?

Yes 2020 has the full digital dash, idrive 7, lci has bigger screen and possibly a few extra functions to the idrive if I remember correctly?
