Picked up my M5C last night! Ordered was placed about 2 months ago. Love the tech and performance. The M5C is replacing a Tesla Model 3 Performance as a daily driver. The Model 3 was quick, but I hated the handling.

One thing I'm surprised by is how little wheel gap there is. I ordered H&R Springs, but wondering if I should install them.

I'm a new guy here, but I gotta tell you, your Marina Bay Blue car is stunning. My wife and I are seriously considering ordering an Individual (Porsche) Chalk or (BMW) Lime Rock Grey Competition, but your car gives me pause. Why pay $5K extra when we can get that gorgeous damned color for relatively nothing?

Very impressed. Congratulations.

It's a gorgeous color. It pains me every time seeing a Marina blue, makes me wonder why I rushed into getting a black one. The partial wet floor and the background are not justifying the car.
Congrats and enjoy in good health!

LOL at the toilet training. Took delivery during a storm in Northern California. Local dealership is going through a renovation, hence the background. Looking forward to proper photos once the sun returns.

They didn't match the bidet !!! I had to get gold toilet bowls and red rugs !!!

And yeah, the pics got switched... No longer looks like the car spoiled itself in excitement... At the rate you drinking, you may soil yourself too !!!

She is sexy tho... Think it might be sexier than Hockey's pink wrapped F90... You'll have to forgive him - his wife wears the pants now...

I originally got approved for chalk and didn't do it... My fear was, bmw's version of chalk may not come out as nice as Porsche's... Only seen one picture so it's really hard to tell...

The lime rock grey is nice though - similar to nardo...

I really wish you hadn't chickened out. I'd love to hear some feedback about Chalk on the M5. What a damned gamble.

Dealer said that Lime Rock is nearly impossible to see in person. So if we gamble on either, it's a genuine roll of the dice. They're going to have a Marina Bay Blue M5 available to us for a test drive in a week. My guess is I'll chicken out, too, if we decide to buy the car. MBB is a spectacular color in photos, just stunning on the M5.

We're also considering Tanzanite Blue II, which they have available on other cars for us to see. But I can't imagine it's $5000 "better" than MBB.

TB is nice but in most lights, it's black, some days slight blue hue...

If I'm being honest? I didn't like the one chalk f90 that I've seen... it just didn't look right...

I originally ordered frozen brilliant white and hate it - the "brilliant" made it more glossy as opposed to "frozen..."

If you've seen Nardo, Lime Rock Grey is pretty similar... And nardo looks fantastic on the F90, at least in my opinion... I'm surprised they agreed to LR Grey cuz from my understanding, it was an exclusive color to F8X CS...

I can see why dealerships / shops make cracks about MBB being the new Alpine White of this generation of M5, lol... It's a really well done blue, but that's the catch - there's already so many of them... Shits pretty tho...

No, that's cool. Good to know. Thanks for the feedback.

We were told the same thing. We like the fact that it's metallic rather than flat in this case. We've seen Nardo on several Audis. We like it okay, but it's a little too close to primer gray without some flake in there to make it stand out. Kind of looks like the car skipped through the pigmentation booth and headed straight for the clear coat sprayer...

Gotta ask, and forgive my ignorance. What color did you end up buying?

No ignorance considering we never talked about it, lol...

It's a LONG story but I ended up with white... Passed on frozen brilliant white, then did it again with nardo and there was a hiccup with the car, so I just said fuck it, I already waited 12 weeks for the cars, I'm not waiting another 6 weeks lol...

I have slight nardo envy when I see them but I'm happy with the car as it is...

If they approved it, Lime Rock Grey sounds like it would be awesome, considering 1. It's a great color and 2. Not many out there...

I was originally going to order Nardo, but that would have pushed my delivery to Feb or March. Happy with the MBB as most of my cars have been white or black.

Yes, after seeing the car in the light I've committed to installing the springs.
