Question regarding ECU

So as we know pops and bangs are gone for the EU market. I would like to ask you guys would it work if i get ECU maps for USA market and load it onto my car do you think that would work?

Yes, it would, but no dealership would be able to do that. They have little control over what the software update does, they definitely can't select what software to flash.
