Before supply chain issues you could lease an M5c for $1300-$1400 and now $1900-$2100 monthly lease payments are pretty normal. Your effective rates and residuals are different than before.
He is not asking for anything crazy.......and it's the best color combo out there. I have one!
Good luck with the sale.

Are you still interested in lease transfer? I’m looking to buy or lease an m5, located just outside of Philly.

My apologies all, I lost track of this thread but have been enjoying the car thourougly.

Mileage is currently just shy of 12,000. I also added a CS-Style spoiler from RW Carbon a few weeks back.

I am flexible and open to offers for a buy-out or a lease transfer.

Please DM me if interested so I get a notification and can get back to you asap.

I just came here to add to what other people have said about you don't get your money back for modifications you actually lose money on them. When you go to sell your car you need to take all of that stuff off so it's stock and not tell anybody about any JB4 engine, tuning stuff or track days OK whatever at least you're honest about that but don't be thinking you can say that and then get top dollar sell your aftermarket parts and don't try and think that you're gonna get them to pay for your mods. Those things make cars less valuable and desirable.

I’m open to offers. As others have stated, I’m clearly in no rush to sell. If it moves it moves if it doesn’t it doesn’t. It’s priced factoring that lack of motivation in.

I totally get that you don’t get your mod money back and and mods make the car a no no for some.

I’d rather be 100% transparent, and I personally feel the mods are common, tasteful and fully DIY reversible.

Same token applies to you Troll why comment, the fact that the OP is asking for 13k for a lease transfer on this use car and with voided warranty is just laughable..

OP Now a days you can get a discount on the same car from 2-5% NEW, and you can walk with a lower payment considering your down payment and current monthly payment put together.. a quick reality check needs to set in for you if you want to move that car, specially the way our economy is heading.. GLWS as you need it !

I’m not sure where you are seeing $13k down. It’s $7k obo.

With 24 months that brings the effective payment to $1,726/mo for the remaining 24 months (when you factor in the down payment).

Which even at 2% off (good luck getting that without an order) on an equally MSRP vehicle is still more than $1,726/mo and you’d be sign on to pay that for a full additional 12 months (over $20,000 net).

Remember the $1,435 I’m paying includes 7% tax.

Lastly, my warranty is not voided. Don’t make broad accusations without knowing the facts.
