Anyone else have this issue with their RW Carbon grills?
I love my new carbon grills from RW Carbon. The fitment is good, carbon looks good. My only issues are the lack of a M5 badge and more important is the exposed hardware. The stock grills have a black plastic backing that covers this part. 95% of people won’t notice this but it bothers me. I called and asked if I could use the center portion (slats) from my oem grills. They said their unit is glued together so the answer was no. Has anyone else come up with a solution?
The photo on their website of the black M5 has some plastic piece covering the exposed area. I asked them about it, they said the owner of that car made that modification. Maybe he’s on here and can shed some light. Thanks. |

I did before with Autotecknic a while back and it was a POS, i think they're all from the same place and just resold, just buy the BMW CF version as it fits 100%, as that's what I did, worth the extra money. The chicom crap is just that, crap.
