M5 lease for $2100??

Just came across an M5 lease on swapalease that is close to me and in a build that looks good, but the price is $2100/mo?? That seems excessively high for an M5 even with CCB's. I spec'd out the same car on the website and it only came out to around $1750 or so. I'd like to find out the MSRP, but swapalease apparently wants you to pony up $90 just to ask questions.

Did the one you spec'd out roll in the sales tax for the full price of the vehicle? Rolling that in which is pretty common adds a bunch to the monthly lease rate for those of us living in the great state of Texas.

I'm not sure if the BMW website factors that in or not. It did ask for a zip code.

But another thing to think about is I don't think the free maintenance transfers to the 2nd owner. Not a huge deal, but it is something.

Cheaper just to order one.

For those with allocations, have they given you any timeframe on arrival? Late July? August? I've heard they start production in July and I've also heard they take July off for vacation.

Now I'm not so sure. I originally saw that residual when Dan posted it. But now when I got back to the thread it shows No Lease Support so I don't know what is going on.

Not sure yet if I'm seeing through my order and taking delivery. It's ridiculous for BMW to be so punitive with these cars when there is 0.9% financing on everything else.

Financed my M2 CS at 0.9 through BMW financial in dec 2020. No real reason why I can't finance an M5 CS at that rate while the 30 yr mortgage is hovering around 3%.

good to know. I've never purchased a car before. And for some reason, was always under assumption that M's didn't qualify for such cheap financing.

I could have sworn I saw it posted in another thread. But, when I went back to check it was deleted.
