21 M5 non-comp, stock. Had a 60 to around 100 quick go with a Hellcat. We were neck and neck, but I felt like I would've pulled on him given a few more seconds. I honestly had no idea whether I'd hang with, lose, or beat him. Anyone else run against a Hellcat before? If so, what was your experience?

Ive run a few hellcats, they only want to play on the freeway. I have 19 Comp with Racechip GTS. I have no problem pulling away. Wouldn't say its a lashing like it would be from a stop, but I certainly had no issue reeling one in, and pulling away (slowly) .

I used to own a modded hellcat charger . Now I have an 18 f90. I don't remember how fast my HC was stock compared to my stock f90. But once u add a pulley to the HC it becomes a monster w no traction 😂 unless on a prepped track. I still get surprised when I romp on the f90 w that awd traction. On my race gas tune in the HC I would break the tires loose up to 80-90mph on the freeway. What I don't like on the f90 is the tranny reacts slower when manual shifting it compared to the HC. I bump into the rev limit on the f90 all the time so when I race it I just leave it in auto. Both cars have the zf 8spd but the HC used the 8hp90 so maybe it's quicker shifting.

I had a 2015 Hellcat Charger. Now have 2022 M5 CS. Both stock. Just my impression but the BMW feels faster.

Yeah that cs is quick. On YouTube it beat a redeye from a roll race.
Stock hellcats make about 640-650hp to the wheels.

It's lighter.

That impression would be accurate, mostly because... it is faster . As is a comp, and base M5.

Nearly a full second faster 0-60, and mostly maintains and grows that lead through the 1/4 mile as well. With 5-7mph faster trap speeds as well. Similar, but very slightly closer with a red eye, but the outcome is basically the same with red eye as well.
