I am going to use Renn-Art to do my suspension install, I haven't use them before, but my friend knows the owner and they seem to get good reviews from the tuner community.
For my Audi I used Dubwerks, but they only do VW/Audi http://www.renn-art.com/

They do Audi BMW and VW
look closely on their website, you can choose "BMW" at the very top "Welcome to RENN-ART, Inc. We promise to be your guide to your ultimate performance Audi / BMW / VW."

we're going to be advertising here (for moderators reading this)
we work on all BMW/Audi/VW and we're not insanely expensive we're picking up a 335i project car here in a couple weeks --- first going to be creating an exhaust + chip package for it |

Fall Line Motorsports
Hey, since you are in Madison, check out Fall Line Motorsports in Northbrook, IL - which is a suburb in Northern Illinois. They actually build a lot of BMW M3 race cars, have a lot of M3 meets at their facility. I also checked out their facilities and it is very nice. Will have them install my KW V2's in a week or so.
