S+ for everything but suspension for me. I have used this in my other cars as the more compliant suspension helps the rear to sink and put more contact to the rear tires. LC for my car never touches 3K. I am around 2300-2500.

The normal conversion is about 2 to 1, 60 ft to tower difference. It is slightly lower than that - but it is a close approximation.
