Might as well get 18' with low miles in the range of mid 90's..
The biggest advantage of buying a used one is that you let someone else take the biggest depreciation hit on the car.
+1 May even do better than $90ks. The loaded up cars at $130k plus tax and license are really pushing it for a daily driver. We will see how the market prices hold up.

Good luck with your search!

the market will keep going down on these cars and sooner than later BMW will start putting big incentives on the comp, similar to regular , as it does not make any sense to have different RV and incentives . Comp should be a package , not a different model !!!!
I personally will not buy these cars used as it is hard to limit your downward exposure
at least with leasing new , you know exactly , your cost during ownership

When buying just know that if you are financing it at all used car financing will be a bit pricier so total purchasing expense can actually end up similar despite a discount due to some miles. If you are paying all cash different story

Pricing in the UK is different than here in the US. The MSRP is substantially higher across the pond...so I assume dealers have more margin to work with there.

Thanks bro. My SA specifically asked that I not share the info, but I would encourage those of you looking for the same deal to take that number to your dealer. I told him, “if you do 10% I will buy this week and finance with BMW.” Financing was part of the deal also, because 10% off is below invoice. But use the info, that deal can be had.

If the rates are good then finance is a better option than leasing.

The $5000 incentive and CCA rebate do not affect the negotiated sale price. In terms of monthly payment it's about the same as an $12K discount on the sale price except obviously the residual is not affected.

So to calc your deal, subtract $5866 from the lease cost not the net price of the car.

That said. Great deal! You're going to love it.

The car was a custom color but in stock, thought they'd move more than that. What should I be expecting to get off on an in stock car, 5%? What if i ordered one, can you still expect a reduction?

I got 8% off a M5 Comp order...so I'd expect at least that or more on an in stock car.
