Battery Replacement

Would love feedback on how many years before members replace their vehicle’s battery; additionally, do you stay OEM? Appreciate the advice.

Mine was an M3 not an M5

Their are some variables with battery life. The OEM battery can last 7 years.

I’m in Connecticut my F80 M3 was 100% stock garge kept and driven about 13,000 miles per year serviced at dealer 100% of the time.

The battery was 6 years old when I sold the car. BMW dealer said the battery was at 75%.

Car had 72,000 miles and was in EXCELLENT condition.
