Different Between 4WD and 4WD Sport?

I have to preface this by saying that I almost always drive in M1 which I have set to Sport+ everything, 4WD Sport with DSC off.

With that out of the way. What is the difference between 4WD Sport and Normal 4WD? I think I've heard it's just more rear wheel biased in Sport and front wheels mostly only kick in if the car senses rear slip. Is that true?

When launching the car honestly I'm not quite sure I feel a difference between 4WD and 4WD Sport. I know I have slid the car (and did so pretty easily) in sport.

4WD Sport mode (rear wheel bias) will keep more power at the rear axle and will allow for some tail spins.
