New white base 2023 M5 msrp 116k. Offering me $12,000 discount plus $750 loyalty. 36/10 lease with 0.00185 buy rate MF. No trade.

Seems like a very solid deal but just want to confirm.

We’d need a window sticker or a comprehensive equipment list to tell you for sure, but this seems like a good deal at first glance at 10%+ off and no MF mark up.

Great Deal !! If they will give you the same deal on a Comp, for a few dollars more I would take it. Try to find one built before January 2023 when the latest price increase hit.

I tried to get a comp recently and the max I could get was 4 k off on a 129 k sticker
