New M5 deal

My lease ends in 2 months, and I started shopping for a new M5.
What do you guys think about this quote? $127k MSRP , $8k discount, 0 down, taxes, 1st payment and fees upfront. They will pay the remaining two months of my current lease. Final $1630 a month.
My 2020 was 130k with the same structure at $1250 a month. I know we won't find the "1%" deals in the current market anymore, and a 30% increase in three years seems reasonable. Should I pull the trigger?

Seems reasonable at first glance. But you’ve left out most of the terms, and we’d be able to answer this accurately only with a window sticker, or, at the very least, an accurate and comprehensive equipment list. Mileage allotment, lease term, MF, and residual, too. Is it a leftover ‘22? ‘23?

Regardless, nice to see $8K discounts again.

Not too bad, especially if a ‘23 and doing pull ahead. Tried to confirm current MF buy rate from BMWFS but couldn’t do so. I want to say it was 0.00170 the last time I checked, but I could be totally wrong on that. Res is normal.

Doesn’t seem like a bad deal at all. Just ensure you’re getting the buy rate. If it’s a shady dealership, have them show you the documentation showing what the buy rate is and confirm that’s what’s in your P+SA.

If your lease is over, and you want another M5 while you’ve got the chance to get the last ICE you can, I’d probably go for it.

Glad to see it too but damn now I feel raped for only getting 3K off. Car sales are slowing down significantly because of these interest rates. That and lots of people are upside down on previous shortage pricing purchases.

Who did u work with from sales? Sucks that my sales guy left that place, they lost a lot of customers because of that.

I was only able to get like 2500 off and the majority of that was due to the BMW credit... However I do now have an alpine white F90 with tarfuto on order coming this fall

Everybody is paying MSRP brother. They might get $1000 or $2000 off to make them feel good but they’re not getting some big huge 10% discount. It’s just not happening. Not yet anyway. The way the economy is going it probably will happen, but not with M5’s. These cars are going extinct.

I don’t believe it. Sorry. Those dealerships should send them to Florida then.

But you’ve got the holy grail of extreme individual builds that has BMW’s blessing. I’m surprised they didn’t try to charge you’re more.

EDIT — Sorry I inadvertently overlooked the context of the discussion initially. I’ve seen 7% off in stock east coast cars within the month of March, but I’m not the least bit surprised micvite would not be paying MSRP for his wild build.
