Hey Guys,

My BMW WiFi Hotspot does not provide internet after remote starting the car via the My BMW app.

It works if I don’t remote start the car.

In addition this problem was there a few years ago and then it went away.

The recent OTA software update has brought this bug back.

BMW Assist customer service has no idea what I’m talking about.

I have logged a complaint with BMW Customer Relations.

Also I called AT&T and they refreshed the signal to the car.

Nothing has fixed the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this bug?
