What selling price WITHOUT rebates are you getting right now. Also I was informed the July programs will have a higher M/f than June. It might be a good idea to lock it in for this month. |

I have an ordered car coming in next week. Would love to renegotiate the deal when I pick up but I haven't seen prices drop around NJ/NY area that drastically. |

Yes way! This is the first attempt without me even negotiating. I will also post pics of my contract once signed next week. I will post a picture of the offer later. Msrp was about 114k and selling cost was 109,***. This is from Devon bmw in Pa
I am in the car leasing and finance business. I wish I could help everyone but the M5s are very limited and are hard to get to brokers. Typically you can call the dealership close to the end of the month and negotiate a decent deal. Keep in mind 2019 are around the corner do they will have to drop the prices. If anyone needs help structuring a deal with a dealer please pm me. I will do my best to help |

There's also a $2k APR credit separate from loyalty. when you say $5k-$10k, I am sure prospective owners would like to know where you got that $10k number from.

The 5-10k has nothing to do with rebates as mentioned before. It’s from negotiating the “Selling Cost” without the rebates. |
