Hello,
The seat backs on the driver's side and passenger side front seats have quit working. We turn on the seat heaters, the bottom sides light up but the backs light up for a second then turn off. The backs do not warm up, but the bottom sides are working fine. I have adjusted the heat distribution, and nothing causes the seat backs to warm up. It's on both the driver and passenger sides. Does anyone have any ideas? I will try to track down fuses this weekend.

This sounds more like a module issue than an issue with the heating elements.

It's very unlikely for both of them to fail in the same places at the same time.
