BMW four door coupe

BMW is planning to come with a 4-door coupe (for me: a lowered sedan) under the name: 8-series BMW to compete with the CLS from Mercedes. Audi is already planning such a car in the form of the A7.

The 8-series will make use of the the chassis of the new 6 series around 2009.

The cars should be look more or less like this:

So the front of that car, takes about a piece of every BMW and morphs it into one car...I do like the headlight design though...

BMW already has an 8 series, which I think they should bring back BTW. Some of those old 850's are about 15 years old and still look awesome. Don't really care for the new styling here though.

The rear angle looks like a total knock off of the CLS. I doubt BMW would ever lower themselves to the point of knocking off a rival's design... at least I hope not.

What kind? 840Ci / 850Ci / 850CSi?? The E31 still looks nice and modern.

Exactly. The rear is an identical match to the CLS. BMW doesn't do the copying- they're the ones that get copied.

I'll take it! I think it is sweet. it is going to be overpriced. I feel like the 6 series should be about $10,000 less than it is, but I am just some dork behind a computer...
