Brother, not sure where you drive that car nor how many miles you drove since last wash but my wheels stay pretty clean with these pads.

This picture is after 4 days of driving .. granted I don't put too many miles on my car but they stay a lot less dusty than OEM.

I'm going to inquire with the installer regarding the rear installation; they called initally to say they was an issue but called back and said it was resolved. TBH, I never thought about it again until I read some of these posts.
Update:

Spoke to installer today who stated that there was no issue fitting the sensor on the pad. He says it was a little tricky but that he mounted the sensor on the pad while on the carrier and then mounted the caliper. This allowed him to manipulate the cord better.

Yikes

I've been surviving with this product and keeps the wheels 90% dust free .....but loses effect when it rains

It's been rainy here, that's probably causing a lot of it because I have typically found it to be around half as much brake dust. Something like that.

Yes retest with no rain in between ....the rain pushes more dust onto the wheels........my guess after 100 miles of driving

Ok, Three days of commuting, Approx. 75 miles.
My observations:
Brake Dust is reduced but still occurs
Cleaning the wheels are easier and takes less time.
Front Wheels would have looked like shit on OEM Pads after 75 miles but now are just dusty looking only visible from up close.
Overall I am satisfied but these pads were a big investment for the amount of Dust it reduces.

I'm not on F90Post very often so forgive me for the late reply. This recent batch that we received did have backing plates for the rear brake pads that were thicker causing an issue with fitment of the Rear Brake Sensor. Our manufacturer has been informed of this issue and will be resolved in this next batch we have currently in production. The location of the sensor notch is now being relocated to the center of the brake pads.

One a side note, the first we heard of the Rear Sensor physically not fitting into the Pad at all was when we spoke with Ben @ RG Sport @ HRE Open House over the weekend. Has this been the issue all along? The only issue that had ever been specifically brought up is the location of the Sensor Notch.

I tried to put you in touch with my SA to discuss specifics but somehow that didn't seem to work out.

Will you be sending new pads to those that received the defective product?

For any of you that have received pads where the backing plate was too thick to accommodate the wear sensor and DID NOT install the Rear Pads, please e-mail me at girard@acgautomotive.com. I will look up your order and send you a single revised brake pad which will allow you to install the wear sensor with no issues. No need to return the defective pad. The revised pad has proper thickness for the backing plate to fit the sensor and also the sensor notch is now centered in the pad.

For those of you that already installed the pads and had to modify the pads some to properly fit them, contact me as well and I can take care of you on pricing for your next set of pads.

Anyone that has the ACG brake pads installed do you remember what you paid for installation and did you do it at your local dealer? I was recently quoted 6.5 hours labor for over $1k which seems sort of steep.

The loud brake squeal noise and crazy black brake dust is due to the cheap oem pads they use.........I had the issues and fixed it by replacing the pads with Porterfields r4s street pads...just call them and order direct.....now I have zero squeal and less dust

Just called Porterfield and the R4S pads cost $349.95 for the fronts and $249.95 for the rears. Build time since they are prototypes is 6 weeks.

Better off going with the ACG pads as they are the same price and they are in stock

I installed these ACG pads with 100 miles on the car and they seemed to be doing great. No dust, and no noise.
I now have about 3600 miles on the car and they seem to be dusting way more.

Anyone else experience this?

Nope, dust remains minimal in my case.

I finally installed the Porterfields R4S/ACG and so far they are not extremely dust free......I say they are 50% less than Oem and instead of a black oem dust it is a lighter dark gray color....the big bonus was eliminating the loud oem brake squeal

Your in San Diego, I would just go to ACG and have them install the pads for you.
