Why does my rpm flutter after re starting my car?

Hello! Hope everyone is well.

Any relevant advice regarding my problem would he appreciated! Every time i take my car out for the first time, if i happen to drive 10 or 20 mins and have to stop for some reason, when i restart my car my rpm flutters quite noticeably. It is usually more noticeable than in the video. Besides this fluttering problem (that only happens when i restart the car post short drives), the car runs and drives great, it idles smooth and doesnt make weird noises on cold start.

Does the car ever die when you try to restart after a short drive? Or is it simply choppy idle?

Many issues reported related to fuel pump that exhibit similar characteristics. I have the fuel pump issue and sometimes have rough idle w/o the car turning off other times it turns off.

My daily commute is short so I don't experience it much but when I do take 20-30 minute trips it can often times happen.

Thanks for the reply!
My car actually stalled two times during the choppy idle situation but this was during the summer and never happened since. I had recently asked my service center to check my fuel pump and to charge me for diagnostics and they said they checked the fuel pump power supply and ISTA service function and found no problems, charged me $150 and gave the car back. I will get a second opinion elsewhere later. I heard there was also an open recall for which my dealership doesnt have the part for that may potentially fix the problem. Something related to the gas tank but dont quote me on that
