OK, I’m putting myself out here (and admittedly, really looking for some validation for or maybe protection from my crazy notion) with this so, I (somewhat) deserve getting some shit for it (just please don’t say anything disparaging about my wife or dog lol!)
BUT, I currently have the low profile carbon MP spoiler on the car and my PRO MP spoiler I ordered arrived yesterday. So I just kind of hand held the pro spoiler on the trunk right behind the existing spoiler for a minute and thought just MAYBE it would look OK to leave on both for kind of a dual level look?)

Of course I’m the one who also kind of likes the roof spoilers everyone else seems to hate Let me have it. . .

Well, you do live in Asheville, so your tactful judgement maybe skewed by the thin air. FYI.. I'm just south of you in Travelers Rest SC area.

I agree here! Unfortunately, removing mine removed/damaged a little bit of the paint. Very minimal and can only see this if youre up close and personal with the trunk lid.

My car is a 2018 and so it was stuck on there the last 4 years. But fishing line worked great.

Agree with fishing line and 3M eraser wheel. Just did this today. Take your time. It pays off!

Ughh. Unfortunately the OEM carbon spoiler on the used car I just bought was put on with adhesive. I dropped the car off at dealer to have swapped for PRO version and they sent a video (can’t post here for some reason)of what is left underneath. No bare metal paint chipped off but nonetheless a real mess. I haven’t seen in person yet but send the video to my buddy detailer who does paint correction and he says no problem so I guess we’ll find out soon enough if that’s the case or I’m looking at repaint or maybe a satin wrap on entire car as I’ve been considering anyway. In hindsight I probably should have told them not to install and fixed this prior to install but I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer sometimes
