Hello from new (n00b) member
Hey guys,
I apologize if this is the entirely wrong place. My lack of search skills did not help me find the "welcome"/"new" members forum. I just drove off the lot yesterday with a certified pre-owned 328i coupe with the sports package, so I'm really happy to be joining the family. Just saying hi P.S. The people at the dealership made it clear that anything voids my warranty... All maintenance (except oil changes) have to be at the dealership, and I have no idea about mods. How do you guys get away with that? I'm a total n00b. Also, I want to join that Sep. 19th event at the auto club speedway, but I don't have an extra set of tires (just the stock rft). I've also been reading about limp mode? |

Welcome yo the club!
LOL@: anything will void the warranty that doesn't seem right for them to be saying things like that to a new owner.

Welcome, unless your maintenance is covered (free, which it wont be) you can have it done anywhere, just keep your paper work, in case you need warranty work.
Mods can be done but you'll need to remove them for warranty work. If your getting limp mode you should talk to your doctor.

Welcome, and don't let the stealership spook you into thinking mods = the Devil.

@E90MCF Omg... The things people do to ruin a great car.... I would rather give away my car than do that lol.
Thanks everyone. I don't see myself doing too many mods since the sport package comes with nice OEM wheels and a sport suspension. I'll probably be looking at a set of tires for the track and maybe an exhaust? I don't know where to start |
