Thanks for the mention and appreciate your dad's help!
Just a note that spacers are not needed (those were for testing purposes).

and we tested it on the regular Blue Caliper brakes. One day, hopefully we can find one for the CCB. But as of right now, spare is good only for the Blue Calipers.

Vincent at Bimmerzone has been great. They were trying to get a local M5 to come by to test fit the wheel but they are 3.5 hours from me so I turned it down. They sent the wheel to my dad with plan of him checking the fitment. He was in at BMW getting his snow tires mounted so had the tech test fit front and rear. He has the 19in rims and standard brakes. It fit perfectly. It ships with two spacers. Bimmerzone has them listed now at $589.95.

I'm sticking with my summer wheel/tire or winter wheel/tire as my spare.

I'll keep the $589.95 for my tire fund. LOL.

Please what is the name of the fix a flat product that doesn't hurt the tpms?

I have a 540 with the M Sport Brakes. I added the spare tire kit on the build. I like to be able to help myself if the need arises. Fits nicely and was not too expensive either. I have Used it 2x in 24 months so far.

I’d call BMW parts to see if they have a unit for your car.

I gladly give away the 4-6” in depth to have peice or peace of mind. Mine is a daily. I also have plugs and a compressor. I’m not a fan of slime but do carry a can just in case.

I have a toy with no spare and no space and it weighs on my mind when I’m on a road trip.
