If you can daily (and afford) a 911, I would go straight to the nearest Porsche dealer.

Hearing most of porsche dealers are going is 7% off ish which should keep values higher at least in short term. Well worth it for me. I barely drove the M5 love the 992

I skipped the C4S bc unlike past gens the 992 gen is same body exact same car other than awd and a 7300 cost.

With the engine in rear I don't slip and don't need awd.

Again IMO for my use and for what I think is substantially more fun to drive there is no comparison

I had a M4 Comp and I liked that better than my M5 just for some perspective on my end
Thanks for your input, I wish i could find a new M5 95K around new england. I called around today, the best they can do is 8% off
Contact Dan from next level auto leasing. He's on this forum and gets people amazing deals. Even if you're buying not leasing

Thanks everyone who replied in this post. I did go for a test drive on a 2018 M5 fulled loaded. This one was a bmw executive car, 9k miles on it. In terms of straight line accelerating, honestly I did not feel that much difference between F90 and F86, handling wise, yes, sharp, the CBB feeling is excellent, no squeaking. And I love the driver assistant plus massaging seats. Now just need to justify the additional 60K.

Here's a race that ended as quickly as it started...

Haha, no problem at all. I feel like the straight line acceleration is pretty much the main reason to look at the F90. It’s neither nimble to drive nor it’s very luxurious or family friendly, but it’s sure quick af.
