Is Aragon Brown really that orange?
For those of you with Aragon Brown, all the pictures I've seen make it look like it has a lot of orange in it. In person, is it a little less orange and a little more brown? I'm hoping.

I don't have mine yet, but I sat in one with Aragon and I don't remember thinking it orange-y.

Aragon definitely has an orange to it, which can be a nice contrast depending on your exterior color choice. The merino leather is not glossy which is why the Aragon Brown orange tones look good I think. If you wanted a richer brown look then go for tartufo, but again it is not dark brown either.
For a proper perspective, see a full vehicle in person (not just the color sample). I vacillated at various stages from Black to Aragon to Tartufo - finally settled on Black... probably would have liked a darker brown had it been an available option but I was not going down the BMW Individual rabbit hole as my car budget wouldn't allow it. And yes, in pictures Aragon (and Tartufo as well) often look more orange than they are in real life hence the "see a vehicle in person" comment. Last edited by northtorque; 07-26-2019 at 08:12 AM.. No...it's not orange. I went through the same concern as you when I ordered my car. Kept going back and forth between all black and aragon. All the pics I saw made it look orange. Ended up selecting aragon based on feedback from others and the fact I didn't want another all black interior.
Couldn't be happier. In real life it is more of a light saddle/western brown. Looks awesome. I literally get compliments from every single person that rides in the car...the first thing they say is how much they like the interior colors.

It reminds me of a baseball mitt and is similar to the brown used in Ferraris.
It’s a bright brown that looks very good in person and like others have said, orange is not the first color that comes to mind. Pictures bring out the orange.

I have mbb and Aragon. Looks really nice....keeps the sporty vibe from the mbb, while not being too loud (or too orange). They complement one another very well....wouldn't have done it differently.

I'm a big fan of Aragon but it certainly reads as Orangey to me. If you order Aragon I'd be very surprised if you regretted it. If you are anti-orange I'd strongly suggest you find a way to see the caramel interior in person. It photographs as a bit bland but in person I find it phenomenal.

The dealership here in Orlando had only one M5 on the lot and it was exactly that color combo; it looked sweet!

I have aragon and it’s not too orange but definitely an orange-y brown at least when compared to tartufo and caramel. But that’s what I love about it.

Yep, that’s the one. I was there in mid May. Just so you know, I never sat in “your” car (Lol) as they kept it locked and I didn’t bother anyone to open it. I had already Built my car on BMWNA and stopped in to order it, fill out paperwork and down payment etc. That’s cool! Happy ///Motoring!
