I think his point is with all the nannies on even your grandma can drive the M5, no driving school needed.
Thus why would these people turned the nannies off? This is why I said what I said, the most dangerous drivers are the drivers who aren't good but think they are. Nannies are there not just for your protection, but also others. On public roads I don't think they should be turned off as well. If you can hold a button down you can turn DSC off, not very complicated at all.
