Yes. As of live cockpit I think. I configure the tire type and my intention wrt/ less than or greater than 100mph. That affects the recommendation.

yea i don't have the live cockpit as mine is a model year 19 . i checked my i drive and i don't have a speed setting.
i changed the tire setting and checked the ''Other'' instead of ''285 35 20'' and the car stopped recommending tire pressure, i guess thats a good solution for now to skip the notification until i get in contact with my dealership about a software update that fixed the problem.

2019 Comp, idrive wanted 41psi which was way too high. Ride was skittish on UK battered roads. Had to change tyre setting to 'other' until dealership updated idrive. Now run them at F32,R33psi cold. Idrive now details what the current temp and psi per tyre and the recommended psi per tyre.

It will need a software update from BMW to correct this.
This is true. Software update for the rear view camera recall also included a fix for the recommended PSI problem. Mine now shows a recommended target PSI of 32-33 when cold upon startup.

Tire Rack sold Pirelli Sottozero Serie II in the standard 275/35 R20 and 285/35 R20 sizes last summer. I bought mine August 2019.

They'll start stocking them around July 1st if you check back this summer.

By the way, I personally think these Pirellis perform great in snow. Pulled a few epic AWD Sport tail-out slides in snowy parking lots this winter!
