BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Dropped my M4 for service and couldn’t believethere was one of these in the showroom. 100k mark up is insane though

This dealership is close to my house. They’ll definitely sell that with at least a $75k markup

Hard to say, especially since the production is limited. As they become scarcer and production ends, the hype will likely increase. What will the last new M5CS available in the US sell for?

I purchased at the same dealership and got my 2022 M5 Comp below msrp. How could you be happy driving an F90 M5 that you paid $100K over sticker for? It would make me cringe every time I looked in the garage.

you are an absolute moron if you pay a 250 for this.

also, i love how lazy these dealers are, asking for a huge markup and have the nerve to write it like chicken scratch

It's funny but I bet I could sell my f90 m5c (not cs) for close to 250 maybe even more if I really wanted to lol... but at least that would be worth it... if I knew the hype around the cs I'd have bought in just to resell or sell the alloc when my dealer wad begging me to take it since the previous dude backed out

My M5CS markup was $5,000 and I live in Vegas. A Miami dealership had a $75,000 markup and it sold.

Paying into a markup is literally taking that extra money and setting it on fire.

Guess I should have purchased the Frozen Brands Hatch Grey Century West offered me at $50K over in late November. Perhaps there’s an extra, extra premium on the Frozen Green launch color. As luck and a ton of phone calls would have it, I found my Frozen Grey at MSRP a few days later at a smaller (and very personable) dealership in Louisiana. If you really want one at no or low ADM, keep looking. My month’s earlier search for a GT3 Touring at $75K over now seems like a bargain. That’s the car to have, followed by the CS I think.

Yikes! $100K over MSRP, what is that dealer thinking. I agree the M5CS is a special car but not for that much over MSRP.

If anyone is considering getting an M5CS, I suggest giving Jon Shafer at BMW of Santa Maria a call. He does out of state deliveries all over. He's super competitive in pricing and pretty resourceful on allocations. He's upfront and tell you what he can and can't do with no BS.

You offer up a referral, but do they even have open allocations? Pretty much all of the production slots for the entire year were given out in March/April. I doubt a dealership like that has a slot left.
