I would hit it
I like it... just enough to keep it fresh. Curious to get the line item of the updates to the suspension and ?? braking system- if the photo is correct?? ( How much if this is new gear vs. lines of coding) Autogefühl Last edited by DocWeatherington; 06-16-2020 at 05:15 PM.. |

Looks like they updated the braking system to the M8's brake-by-wire system, so that you can configure the brake pedal feel as well.
All in all, not a huge update, and inline with the rest of the G30 LCI. |

... Is this how they are justifying the 'new' headlight design?! Whatever. It was a shit decision and printing this doesn't hide it. Otherwise, the car looks amazing! I'm guessing it'll drive like a champ too!

I am digging the red
I am not digging the civic tail lights or Audi/VW angel eyes. Overall I think I like pre-LCI better but time will tell I suppose. |

Meh/10. I like this new red color, but am not sure if there was anything wrong with the old front bumper nor the vertical kidney grille slats. It's very rare M cars get new bumpers, interesting new thing going on at BMW now.
I'll say it again - STOP making the headlights smaller and smaller! The grille now looks even bigger, although it hasn't changed in size. This new ridiculous trend of tiny blacked-out headlights throughout the industry is becoming a bad disease. |

Headlights and taillights aren't my favorite but at least they aren't doing anything too obscene with this LCI unlike the 7er.

Did they upgrade the transmission from 8HP75 towards 8HP76 like they did for the M8 or the Alpine B5?
In another discussion this was revealed as most obvious reason why the M8 seems more reliable and constant in the launch control discipline? |
