I’ve never leased a vehicle so not sure how this process works. I’m honestly amazed at how much people spend on modifying their leased rides.

With the exception of the CS Spoiler and Front Lip, all of the ///M Performance Parts are Port-installed options that are included in the lease price and would stay on the car when returned.

If I decide not to buy the car at lease-end the mods that are not port-installed (suspension, IND pieces, MPP Front Lip and CS Spoiler) would be removed from the car and sold. I've done this with many of my cars and not a big deal.

I just love this entire spec. Many individual colors are polarizing… but this one is special and somehow neutral at the same time. Well done.

Love the Chalk! My first choice was Donington Gray, but that was discontinued and I think the Alvite Gray Metallic replaced it. I've seen that color in video's but I'd like to see it in person first. White was a little bit too... White? With all the gloss black trim, I think there was too much contrast with the Alpine White.

But the Chalk...? Always loved it on Porsche's so I may have to give this one look. I'm on my local dealers allocation list and will be going with a 2023 as the switch over from the 2022 MY and the 2023 MY is June 22. Once they finally get the Build sheet from corporate, I'll go in and put the finishing touches on my order.

If you don't mind me asking, was Chalk on the lower end of the range at $1950 for Individual options or in the $5000+ section?

That's my understanding … it was removed from the Individual Visualizar for MY 22'.

It will be interesting to see if BMW brings it back at some point.

Jose I've checked out your build photos a bunch of times, and just now noticed the black out ring on the emblems for the first time. It's so cohesive and such a nice touch against Chalk. So little adds SO much! Awesome (but expected!) attention to detail on your part.
