BMS JB4 and BMS downpipe

I have a 3 week old 2012 135i M Sport with DCT that I am having a blast driving. However, it is much too tempting to add ~50-60WHP with a couple relatively inexpensive mods.

I just ordered the BMS JB4 and BMS downpipe based on what I've read on here, and availability for the N55 engine. Am I safe running those two without any other mods. I have a lease, but I've never been too worried about bolt on or software mods, plus I may buy it at lease end. What level can I run safely with this setup on 93 octane? Any insight or experiences are much appreciated.

Same mods I've had on my 2012 135i 6mt!!! Ever since 1200 miles. Just perfect. Map 2 93 octane is just fine, however, map 1 is smoother. I ran a 12.8 @112 mph with just these mods. You're going to love it! I'm heading to garage now to put my afe intake on. Prob not much hp, but hopefully more growl
